Instructions for maintenance PREMISE: all tools have their own intended use. Use for the purpose for which they were built to avoid damage, malfunction or injury to people. MAINTENANCE: always keep the tips of the tools protected and avoid accidental knocks or falls. CLEANING AND STERILIZATION: bear in mind the following fundamental indications: 1. carefully clean the instruments in order to eliminate all organic and inorganic residues using non-abrasive brushes and pipe cleaners or iron and/or ultrasound cleaning machines. If specific detergents are used, scrupulously follow the manufacturer's instructions, respecting the established methods and times; 2. Steam sterilization by autoclaving is recommended, following the procedures correctly. If sterilizing powders or liquids are used, carefully follow the dosing and soaking instructions indicated by the manufacturer, to avoid the risk of corrosion even of the stainless steel; 3. pay particular attention to the rinsing and drying phase: thoroughly cleanse the instruments with running water (or follow the instructions of the sterilizing agent manufacturer) and proceed with drying, taking care to remove all residues of water and/or humidity. We recommend the use of compressed air spray AIRY cod. CO-427A; 4. lubricate the parts subject to friction (joints, recesses, joints and screws).
