Bloch Shoe Size Recommendations

These thimble like gel tubes protect toenails and joints by alleviating the pressure experienced while dancing 'en pointe'.

Hand wash cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry (allow to dry completely). 2 gel tubes per package (not suitable for the big toe for adults). Can be cut to desired length and cover the toes that need the extra protection. Great for ingrown or broken toenails. Elasticized fabric tubes feature an outer seamless knit (no irritating seam!) and an inner gel coating.
