Hand Poured All the products are handmade in our factory in Ferndale, Michigan. We pride ourselves on delivering quality; we believe that because a product is handmade means there is increased artistry and attention to detail. Everything is handled in-house from designing and printing labels, hand pouring the candles to finish packaging.	Cotton Wicks Our wicks are wax coated and 100% cotton with a metal clip providing the best and safest burn.	Paraffin Wax Our wax is food grade and the cleanest burning paraffin available in the market. Not only do we help keep 1 billion pounds of oil by-products out of landfills every year, using paraffin as our wax over the other over-farmed alternatives keeps our carbon consumption down by not requiring a new glass container for every candle.	Curated Herbs & Oils High quality, balanced herbs and fragrances are specifically curated for each candle to match the desired intention and energy. We avoid cheap fragrance oils that tend to contain high quantities of phthalates.

Candle Safety


Remove Label Remove the label and the plastic before lighting with scissors or a sharp blade down the candle.	Place in Candle Holder Place the candle in a fire safe holder. This prevents hot wax spillage and optimizes candle burn time.	Extinguish Flame Never leave a lit candle unattended. Fire is unpredictable and unforgiving.

Meet the Sisters

Since 1992, Jacki Smith and Patty Shaw have been hand-making their products in a sacred space. These sisters are more than just candle makers and entrepreneurs. They are spiritual leaders, teachers, and healers that have dedicated their lives to the spiritual evolution of their clients and the world. Yin and yang are how the staff at Coventry describes Jacki and Patty’s working relationship. These two powerful women are as different as two sisters can be; where Jacki is extroverted, Patty is introverted. Where Patty is cautious to change, Jacki will run in headfirst and see what happens; where Jacki is filled with bursts of inspiration, Patty reads the deeper, more secret level of the people around her. Together, in a way only a partnership of sisters could do, Jacki and Patty continue to be a catalyst for healing in numerous lives. From the continual evolution of Coventry’s products to writing books, teaching classes, hosting radio shows, and being spiritual healers and readers, these two have dedicated their lives to healing through magic.
