Biteback’s Sweet Relief range has been designed with one purpose in mind: to stop itching.

We’re transparent about what’s in our products so that you know exactly what you’re putting on your pet. Sweet Relief’s active ingredient is benzyl benzoate, which is powerful enough to break the itch/scratch cycle but gentle enough to apply every day, even to sensitive skin. It also contains benzyl alcohol which will calm skin and soothe the itchy sensation.

Used for over 10 years with great success, this cream forms a barrier to bites from parasites such as fleas, mites and ticks. It's light, non-greasy and quickly absorbs into the skin. Ideal for sensitive areas such as face, ears, paws, elbows and other hot-spots. We don’t use any unnecessary ingredients such as perfumes, parabens or silicones because they are likely to make things worse.

All our products are vegan, cruelty-free and environmentally kind. Sweet Relief cream is non-toxic but even better: dogs don’t seem to like the taste at all, so no wastage or worries about ingestion.

This powerful pot of cream is ideal for small patches of itchy but intact skin. Other products in the range include the sprayable Sweet Relief lotion (which we recommend for all-over itchiness) and the milder Sweet Relief Silver cream which is recommended for abrasions and minor wounds.
