White Tea Pai Mu Tan

White tea is rich in polyphenols. Like green tea, it is obtained from the tea plant Camilla Sinensis. In spring, the white-haired leaf bud and the two youngest leaves of the tea shrub are carefully plucked by hand. The cup colour of this Pai Mu Tan is light yellow and transparent. Its taste is soft, fragrant and aromatic. It comes from the Fairbtiotea-certified tea garden Qingshan, which we have been accompanying for years on its way to a sustainable, socially-ecologically stable tea garden. In China there are currently only 2 Fairbiotea-certified growers who permanently meet these strict criteria.
