The finished dough is filled into a 20 cm, lined with baking paper or silicone cake tin and placed in a preheated oven at 180 °C (150 °C in an air-mixed oven) for approx. Bake until golden brown in 35-45 minutes. Ingredients for making 1 sponge cake: 200 g baking mix, 50 ml water, 3 medium eggs, pinch of salt. Separate the 3 eggs, beat the egg white into a hard foam by machine or hand after adding a pinch of salt, and mix the yolk well with 50 ml of water. Mix the yolk with half of the flour mixture and then gently swirl half of the whipped egg white, taking care not to break the foam. Then add the other half of the flour mixture and finally turn in the remaining egg white foam.
