Make your own bread at home with BioTechUSA Multigrain Baking Mix. Even though millet flour, oat flour and golden flaxseed flour already contain dietary fibre, we also added bamboo fibre and psyllium husk to the baking mix, in order to create a bread that is truly high-fibre. The ingredients also include sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. In addition to the baking mix, all you need is a little instant yeast and lukewarm water to make the bread. Combine the ingredients thoroughly, let it rest and put it straight into the oven. INGREDIENTS Millet flour, bamboo fibre 11%, psyllium husks powder 11% (from Plantago ovata seed), OAT flakes flour, peeled sunflower seeds 5.1%, peeled pumpkin seeds 5.1%, salt, golden linseed flour. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide, celery and nuts containing foods. 190 °C, 70 minutes for upper and lower heat, or 190 °C for 50 minutes with fan heat. Rest the bread at room temperature. After it has completely cooled, slice it into pieces and store it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place until consumption. Knead 250 g baking mix with 3.5 g yeast powder and with 300 g warm water properly, then leave the covered dough for 45 to 60 minutes in a warm place. After the resting shape the bread in a dry place (around 17x10 cm format) and make 3-4 deep cuts on the surface of the dough, lightly smear it with water on a baking tin covered by baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven at 190 °C.
