After it has completely cooled, slice it into pieces and store it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place until consumption. Knead 250 g baking mix with 3.5 g yeast powder and with 300 g warm water properly, then leave the covered dough for 45 to 60 minutes in a warm place. After the resting shape the bread in a dry place (around 17x10 cm format) and make 3-4 deep cuts on the surface of the dough, lightly smear it with water on a baking tin covered by baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven at 190 °C.
