HOW TO USE BIORADIANCE BOTANICAL CELLULAR BRIGHTENING TREATMENT

STEP 1 IN SKIN CARE REGIMEN ROUTINE IS CLIN CLEANSING WASHING TO REMOVE MAKEUP AND DIRT

STEP 1 - Cleansing skin and removing makeup.

Cleansing your skin well is a vital step to keep it clear and glowing. Start your routine by cleansing your face with your favorite cleanser removing all traces of makeup. STEP 2 (optional) - Using a masque and/or exfoliator.

Try our Very Berry masque & scrub. Take a small amount of scrub/masque (about a quarter size) from a container and spread between your fingers. Following circular motions apply on your face and gently massage, avoiding eye area. If a thicker layer desired for a pampering masque, you can apply more. Leave on for about 5-10 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water.

STEP 3 - Application of a toner, serum or essence.

This step is optional depending on whether you use any toners or serums in your beauty routine. But we recommend it. Take a few drops of your favorite serum or essence and apply in pressing motions. STEP 4 - Application of BioRadiance Botanical Cellular Brightening Treatment

Apply a pea size amount on your entire face during your evening beauty routine, alone or under another moisturizer, if your skin is very dry. Sun exposure should be avoided. Always apply a sunscreen during the day to avoid additional UV damage. Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Warning: May not be suitable for very sensitive skin types. Slight itching is possible for the first few days of using this product.

Mandelic acid

Mandelic acid belongs to the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) family. Extracted from bitter almonds, this naturally derived acid has been shown to improve all skin types from oily and acne prone to mature, sensitive and everything in between. Best known for its exfoliation capability, mandelic acid is gentler than its fellow AHAs, glycolic and lactic acids and better tolerated by the skin.

Alpha-Arbutin

Arbutin is extracted from bearberry leaves because of their melanin-inhibiting properties. Alpha arbutin is a clean form of arbutin and is considered one of the most advanced natural ingredients in skincare, given its effectiveness in inhibiting pigmentation. Medical research has proven that arbutin is very effective in treating pigmentations, age spots and it can also inhibit the negative effects of UV-radiation thanks to its sun protection properties. Kojic acid is a chelation agent produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillus oryzae, which has the Japanese common name koji. Kojic acid inhibits and prevents the formation of tyrosine, which is an amino acid that's needed to produce melanin. Decreased melanin production may have a lightening effect on the skin.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound naturally found in peanuts, grapes, red wine, and some berries. Applied topically, resveratrol helps protect skin's surface, interrupts and helps rebuff negative environmental influences, and brightens a tired-looking complexion.
