Biona Organic Fonio can be enjoyed in a versatile selection of dishes, from stir fries and stews to porridge, for an extra source of protein.	A popular wheat free alternative, quinoa is a versatile addition to any meal, thanks to its light, fluffy texture and mild nutty flavour	Perfect combination of Italian red, long grain and wild rice to add an exotic flavour to a variety of rice dishes.	Our ingredients are simple - only the best quality organic durum wheat and alpine water. Enjoy with your favourite Biona pasta sauces.
Cooking Instructions	For every 100g of pasta, bring 1 litre of water to the boil. Add pasta to water and season to taste. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Drain and serve.	In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup water and ½ cup fonio. Bring to a boil.Cover tightly with a lid, simmer on low heat for 1 minute then remove from heat. Then simply fluff with a fork and add your favorites' seasonings.	For 1 cup of uncooked quinoa, you'll want to use 2 cups of water—this will yield 3 cups of cooked quinoa. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower the temperature to medium-low and pop the lid on securely.	1 Cup of Rice.2 1/4 Parts Water.Bring water and rice to the boil in a covered saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed. Approx 50-60mins. Fluff the rice with a fork.	Use a large, high sided saucepan and add at least 500ml, or up to 1 litre of water per 100g dried pasta. Bring the pan of water to the boil, salt the water, add a splash of olive oil and then add your pasta. Pasta will be ready in 10-12 minutes.
