We take great pride in producing biltong to the best of our ability and each step of production is a careful process from slicing the beef, roasting the spices, slowly marinating and finally air drying to perfection. All our flavours are packed in a variety of sizes and we also sell Variety Packs, including all our popular biltong items. INGREDIENTS Beef (100%), malt vinegar, worcester sauce, sea salt, brown sugar, black pepper, coriander, and other spices. SAFETY WARNING Once opened please discard all packaging and allow meat to breathe for at least 15-20 minutes for max flavour and texture before eating. Please stor in a cool dry place and consume within 3 days of opening or refrigerate and consume within 7 days. For longer periods of time please store in freezer. They are then sliced and ready to be packaged. Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being ready. After each piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices. Our biltong is made using carefully selected joints of grass fed silverside beef of the highest quality.
