Precautions:
1. When using an exercise hoop, wear comfortable clothes that are not loose. Do not exercise for one hour after meals.
2. Start with short intervals- 5 minutes at a time and increase gradually until you reach the desired level. 30 minutes a day should yield results.
3. Stop if you experience any pain or bruising and consult your physician. Don't place this exercise hoop around your neck.
4. Children should only use it with adult supervision.
5. Be aware of your surroundings to avoid accidental contact with objects or other people during exercise.
Tips:
1- Place the hoop where you're most comfortable depending on the shape of your body. It should be snug but not too loose or too tight.
2. Keep the hoop parallel to the ground.
3. Maintain proper form and posture with your back straight.
4. Stand with feet about shoulder length apart, with toes facing forward.
5. Throw the ball with some force parallel to the ground, in either direction
6. Rock your body side to side or back and forth. Focus on your core muscles and flex your abs. Keep your motion in sync with the hoop.
