1. Adjust Volume on Headphone
Click the volume "+“ or "-" button slowly on these BTH01. Please keep twice volume button clicks with 1 second stop.
If the BTH01 volume is at the max level and you want to increase the volume again, you could adjust the volume in the audio source, such as your TV or DVD volume.
2. The Headphones is already connected to the transmitter, No sound from the Headphones while watching TV.
1) Please ensure your TV audio is set to “External Speaker”
2) If you select AUX audio input, please ensure the transmitter is connected to the correct analog audio port on the audio sources—Plug in a pair of wired headphones/earbuds into your audio source’ audio output to check if it works.
3. Headphone charging
When headphone battery is low, headphone indicator will flash RED. You could place headphone on the transmitter/charging dock for charging. When headphone are properly seated on the transmitter/charging dock, the CHARGE indicator will light up Red. Once the charging is complete, the Red CHARGE LED on transmitter/charging dock will turn off. There is no need to remove headphone from transmitter/charging dock.
4. The BTH01 doesn’t turn on.
First, please check if the headphones has enough power for the battery, you need to charge it for the first time use.
Second, the transmitter charging dock doesn’t have the battery inside, you need to connect the power supply via the included charging cable and power adapter, and switch the power switch to the “ON” side.
5. How to make the Bluetooth connection between the headphones and transmitter charging dock.
Power up the transmitter/charging dock:
Connect the transmitter/charging dock to a compatible power source via included power cable.
Slide ON/OFF switch to “ON” position, POWER LED indicator lights up BLUE.
Turn on the headphone:
The headphones turn on automatically when you take it away from the transmitter/charging dock or wear them on your ears. You could also press and hold the multifunction button for 3 seconds to turn on the headphones manually. Then the headphones will auto connect to the transmitter and the transmitter LED indicator will turn SOLID blue.
The auto-connection will take around 1-2 minutes.
Important Note:
No battery inside of the transmitter base. Connect the transmitter base with to a power source (or compatible USB charger with 5V/500mA-2A output) via the supplied micro USB cable.
