Elderflower Gin Fizz Recipe You will need: • Belvoir Farm Elderflower Cordial : 25ml • Dry Gin : 50ml • Ice : To taste • Prosecco : 50ml • Mint : 5-8 leaves • Lemon juice :15ml • Soda : 150ml Method: • Bruise the mint and add to a highball glass. • Add the lemon juice, gin and fill with ice. • Add prosecco and top with soda. • Drizzle Belvoir Farm Elderflower cordial over the top. • Stir & garnish with mint.	Elderflower & Rose Cooler Recipe You will need: • Belvoir Farm Elderflower & Rose Cordial : 60ml • Belvoir Farm Raspberry Lemonade : 150ml • Fresh Raspberries : 8 • Lemon Wedge : 1 • Gin of choice : 60ml • Ice garnish Method: • Muddle the raspberries and lemon wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and Elderflower & Rose Cordial and shake. • Transfer to a glass, fill with ice, top with Raspberry Lemonade and garnish with berries and a lemon wedge.	Piña Colada Twist Recipe You will need: • Aperol : 50ml • Belvoir Farm Non-Alcoholic Peach Bellini : to top glass • Archers or Cointreau : 25ml • Peach Slices : to garnish • Mint : to garnish Method: • Fill a glass with loads of ice to the top, add Aperol, garnish with slices of Peach.
