Our Certified Organic Dried Pitted Prunes are grown in our California estate orchard that has been in our family since 1943. After years of loving, painstaking preparation, we earned our organic certification and proudly released our first harvest of these Prunes in Fall 2021. These GMO-free and additive-free Prunes are the French Prune variety. We found this variety, when grafted onto Plum rootstock, resulted in a fruit that is super sweet and plump with a very pleasant, slightly-sweet tanginess. Pardon us if we boast a bit, but these Prunes are spectacular, and if it helps for you to refer to them as Dried Plums, we wont tell anyone!
