The Crete Gold's golden yellow colour with greenish tints is balanced with pleasant spicy notes. This Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the first cold extraction of specially selected hand picked olives. It has excellent organoleptic characteristics and the acidity is about 0.5% at the time of bottling.
