In 2020, in the midst of a global shutdown, two out-of-work professional fishermen with nothing but time started playing with a 100-year-old family Worcestershire recipe. The original recipe was handwritten and tattered, ingredients were crossed out and changed for generations. Truly America's Worcestershire. We just call it "W Sauce". After releg the original W Sauce in 2021, Bear and Burton continued to experiment with recipes and mistakenly added more peppers than ever before. That first batch was hot, but they knew they were onto something. Fireshire has a unique and amazing pepper taste that compliments the original flavors perfectly. Not too hot, but just enough kick.
