We started our range of BBQ seasonings during lockdown and with the sole purpose of using amazing ingredients in our seasonings that were not simply Sugar and Salt as is found in most brands.
We love every one of our seasonings and have won awards consecutively for 3 years which has granted us the use of the "Great Taste Producer" Status.

Most brands of seasonings sell you up to 45% sugar and this comes mainly as raw cane sugar.
Used on the open flame and over a low and slow the sugars have a tendency to burn easily and turn black, which is often mistaken for a good bark. Using coconut palm which has a naturally low moisture content works much better in a BBQ / Open flame scenario.

Many brands will not only load up the seasonings with up to 45% Sugar but also up to 30% Salt. This results in only a small amount of your seasonings being able to showcase amazing flavour profiles
We use only a maximum of 10% Salt in our seasonings and when we do, it is one of our amazing smoked salts.


Three Chilli Sweet In 2021 we submitted our first seasoning for judging and were pleased to be awarded with 2 Stars for our first ever seasoning. In addition to this we were awarded 1 star for our Pomegranate & cardamom	Date & Cinnamon / Smokey BBQ / Korean In 2022 we submitted 3 of our seasonings and were amazed to have every one achieve a 1 star award and excellent feedback.	Hickory Smoked Salt / Cape Malay In 2023 we submitted another 3 seasonings and were pleased to achieve a further 2 awards from the great taste awards.	3 Consecutive years In 2023 we earned the great taste producer title as we have produced award winning seasonings for three consecutive years


Starting out We submitted our first seasoning to the Great British food awards judging panel and were delighted to be a finalist.	Following on Having only reached the finalist round the previous years we adjusted our seasonings according to the Judges feedback and entered some new products. But we were not quite there yet	Finally Finally in 2023 we submitted our Korean Spice and Bourbon Smoked Salt and were amazed to receive GOLD in 2 categories for our Korean Spice and Silver in both categories for our Bourbon Salt.	Gone for Gold Our Korean Spice took Gold in two categories and continues to be our favourite along with our Three Chilli Sweet
