MalleoLoc stabilizing ankle brace increases ankle stability without restricting mobility. It is an anatomically self-shaping stabilizing brace that can be used in the immediate care and treatment of ankle injuries. After serious twisting injuries, torn ligaments, capsular ligament sprains and strains, and chronic ankle instability; it stabilizes the ankle and protects it from lateral twisting. The normal heel-to-toe movement of the foot is still possible and the support can be worn therapeutically without a shoe.

Figure-8 VELCRO brand closure strapping stays secure even with vigorous activity. Thermoplastic material may be heat-molded to provide custom fit. Unique design leaves heel and front of the foot free for natural stabilization and helps allow for full plantar and dorsiflexion.
