STEP 1

Position the brace behind the knee as shown. The longer strap should be on the bottom.

STEP 2

Wrap the bottom portion of the brace snugly around your leg directly below your kneecap and secure the velcro closure. Repeat to secure the top portion of the brace. The circular opening should be positioned around your kneecap.

STEP 3

Bring the bottom long strap around behind the leg and back around to the front to feed it through the bottom D ring. Pull to desired tightness and secure with velcro closure.

STEP 4

Feed the top strap along the front of the leg through the D ring, and pull to desired tightness and secure with velcro closure.
