As immigrants to the United States from Greece in 1975, Vasilios and Kalliope (Kelly) Neofotistos planted roots in New Castle, PA. After years of hard work, the Neofotistos family started their own restaurant in Grove City, PA with Mrs. Neofotistos's baklava taking center stage on the menu and in the hearts of the community. As their business and family continued to grow, they never forgot their beginnings. The Neofotistos family is paying it forward by sharing the love they received from their community through the love put into their signature Bakluva.


It tastes really good. I love the flavor. I order many of these as gifts because I think it is of the best baklava.	This is absolutely, bar-none, the best baklava I have ever tasted. I taste a little extra hint of cinnamon-sugar, and it just takes this over the top. You will not regret this purchase. Trust me.	I purchased this to bring to my Mom for her birthday. She is in memory care and has become nonverbal. After one bite , she yelled out "Mom". One bite brought her back a lot of good memories. Thank you . I will be sending this to her again!	I gifted this to my daughter as her 51 birthday neared. As soon as she opened it, she texted on how fresh and delicious it was. In fact 3 of 4 pieces were immediately consumed.
