Real manuka honey is made only in New Zealand. It is made by bees that pollinate the 'manuka flower' - these flowers are located in remote parts of New Zealand and bloom only a few times every year. Some beehives are accessible only by helicopter, and that is why manuka honey is more expensive than the standard table honey. The nectar of the manuka flowers provides this honey with its unique non-peroxide activity properties.

Because our honey is pure, some variation in texture is possible: the colour and properties will depend on the Manuka flowers available and what the season has been like. The bees may visit different Manuka flowers which can influence the colour

Is this honey runny or thick

NutriZing's manuka honey is thicker & creamier than table honey. It has a natural level of sweetness with a slight woody taste. And it is not runny - in fact, if you removed the lid and turned the jar upside down, the honey would likely stay inside

Can the thickness of honey change

Manuka honey is said to be thixotropic: which means that it is firm when still, but if moved or stirred (which may happen during the shipping process), it may become somewhat thinner. Pure Manuka honey also grows in flavour and darkens over time.

What are the different uses of this honey
