Important Notes before Using:
1. If you use the DP/HDMI port as video input, please connect both of them at the same time. if only connect one of them, and there will be only one video output.
2. If you only need one video output, please note that the source connected to “DP in” will output to “HDMI out 1”, and the source connected to “HDMI in” will output to “HDMI out 2”.
3. If you use the USB-C port as video input, please make sure to use the USB-C to USB-C cable provided in the package or a USB-IF-certified cable that supports a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with the 10Gb/s data rate.
4. Please make sure to use a USB-C laptop that supports DP alt mode and DP MST mode. Only support dual 4K@30Hz and mirrored mode on macOS.
5. What is EDID emulation and its benefits?
EDID emulation means the EDID information of a display can be saved at the input end of the switch. When you switch between PCs, it can solve the problems of desktop icon rearrangement, screen flickering, and windows cramming into the main monitor.
6.Wireless mouse and keyboard are not responsive?
USB-IF has confirmed that USB 3.0 will interfere with the 2.4G dongle receivers used by wireless mouse and keyboards. You can check whether a USB 3.0 device is connected next to the wireless dongle accessory. Please connect the USB 3.0 to an interface far away from the wireless dongle, such as the USB 3.0 interface on the rear panel
