Extra-Heavy Band

Push your muscles to the max with our Green Resistance Band. Because it provides the highest level of resistance and is extremely challenging to stretch, it's perfect for bulking up. However, it should only be used if you work out regularly and have sufficient muscle strength.

22kg to 56kg Resistance

The green resistance band creates 22kg to 56kg of resistance, depending on how far you stretch it. Put simply, it's the equivalent of lifting a 56kg weight when stretched to its maximum limit. Like all our resistance bands, it has a stretch limit of three times its length when slack.

Natural Latex Material

The resistance band is made from natural latex for superior durability and elasticity when stretched. In addition, each band is a different colour and is clearly labelled with their level of resistance, allowing you to easily identify the best band for a specific workout.

By allowing you to easily regulate the level of resistance, resistance bands prevent you pushing your muscles too far. 15kg to 40kg Resistance

Build the larger muscles in your legs, chest, and back with our purple resistance band. As well as using it for squats, deadlifts, and chest flys, you can use it with a pull-up bar for assisted pull-ups. The resistance band creates 15kg to 40kg of resistance, depending on far it's stretched.
