Artemisia Concentrated Herbal Extract - 325ml x 1 - in Glass Bottles --- Artemisia, commonly known as mugwort, is a perennial herbaceous plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is native to Europe, Asia, and North Africa but has been naturalized in many other parts of the world. Mugwort has a long history of use in traditional medicine and is also valued for its culinary and ceremonial purposes. It has been used in the form of teas, tinctures, or topical preparations. Artemisia contains many compounds, including flavonoids and artemisinin. The compound Artemisinin has antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. All equipment used is stainless steel and our extract is bottled into freshly steam sterilised, UV resistant pharmaceutical grade glass bottles, which removes the need to use preservatives for storage. As our extract is entirely preservative additive free, take care not to touch the top of the bottle or the inside of the lid, as this could introduce microbes that can cause the extract to spoil. Never return decanted extract back into the bottle. Once opened, our extract needs to be stored in the refrigerator and will last 6 weeks if handled correctly. --- Add hot purified water to 15ml 1 tablespoon of extract.
