Instructions:
Hot Therapy: Place the wrap in a clean microwave, heat for 2 minutes for a deep, penetrating heat. May heat extra in 30 seconds increments to get desired warmth. The wrap should feel warm, not hot to touch. (Tips: It's a normal phenomenon that steam and aroma released from the neck & shoulder wrap after microwave.)
Cold Therapy: Seal the wrap in the storage bag and place in a freezer for at least 1 hour before use. Maybe left in freezer indefinitely until ready for use.
It is imperative that the microwave is perfectly clean on the inside, the wrap should be always placed in the microwave on a clean, dry plate and should never be placed directly on the microwave carousel. Otherwise, the wrap will absorb any oil/ grease/ food left behind in the microwave and may result in fabric burn.
