The Critical Whey powder is made up of a blend of Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolysed Whey Protein. Using the protein supplement alongside exercise will help to build up muscle and retain it. Whey Protein Concentrate is made using Ultra-Filtration Technology, packed with protein and BCAAs. Cross-Flow-Micro-Filtration is used to create Whey Isolate, the highest quality protein for your body. Finally, the Hydrolysed Whey Protein can be broken down using enzymes to create Peptides. Protein shake doesn't have to be tasteless or hard to prepare. Applied Nutrition has ensured there is something for everyone by offering 16 fabulous flavours to choose from. You can order cereal milk, salted caramel, banana, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla ice cream, white chocolate and raspberry or much more options. The formula is low in sugar, but with scrumptious flavours that will make it a perfect healthy treat. You can order a few different flavours to add a little bit of variety to your routine.
Depending on the flavour you order, you may be able to pick from 3 sizes. The first is a 450g bag, containing 15 servings. The second is a 900g bag, containing 30 servings. The last is a larger tub containing 2kg and 67 servings. The recommended serving is 30g, which comes out to about two scoops of powder.
How to prepare
To prepare, add two scoops to 250-500ml of water or low-fat milk. Simply shake it up or mix it in and you are ready to go. This is incredibly quick and easy to make if you are running late or on the go. Consume immediately after training, or throughout the day on a rest day.
