***Warmly Tips***

1. For iPhone/iPad: Need to download "Hi Pro" App in App Store. For Android/PC/Laptop: Not Need to download any App.

2. If you have a lot of photos, videos and files to backup and transfer we recommend using the one-click backup function of the iPhone picture drive. Also make sure your phone battery is fully charged to prevent your phone from automatically shutting down during the backup process. Do not unplug the iPhone flash drive stick during use, otherwise the file will be damaged, the data will be read repeatedly, and the iPhone flash storage will be unusable.

3. The 128GB photo stick can be formatted on the iPhone, and the 256GB and 512GB photo sticks need to be formatted on the computer. Please do select the default exFAT format when format the iphone photo stick if in need.

• Do not format your Android phone to NTFS format, it will cause the USB C storage flash drive not to be recognized.

4. If there is poor contact, please make sure that the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 5mm. Please clean the connector of the iPhone storage device and the connector of the mobile device clean.

5. You are not able to transfer iTunes Music or other third-party App to the apple iPhone thumb drive memory stick as they are DRM (Digital Rights Management) Protected.
