How to apply Apex Professional Gel Polish for UVLED

Prepare your nails for your manicure! Push back your cuticles, clip your nails to the desired length and file them into shape.
Make sure your natural nail plate is clean by using a lint-free wipe and pure alcohol.
Apply the base coat in a thin layer, taking care not to get any on your skin, as this will cause the manicure to lift. Cure for at least 30 seconds.
Apply the first coat of colour in a thin layer. It doesn’t have to be at full opacity here! Cure for at least 30 seconds.
Apply the second coat of colour and cure for another 30 seconds. The polish should be at full opacity, but depending on application, may need a 3rd coat, if so, repeat the last step!
Apply the top coat and cure for 30-60 seconds.

Tips for perfect application

Make sure that you have clean and buffed nails so there’s a good surface for the gel to stick to.
Nail Dehydrator and Primer can help if you commonly have issues with lifting
Apply thin coats. You can always add more coats if you need to
To prevent chipping, cap the free edge of the nail, sealing the manicure in so that it doesn’t lift.
Keep your nails and hands hydrated by using cuticle oils and moisturizing lotion regularly.

How To Remove Apex Gels

File down the top layer of the gel manicure to allow the acetone to soak better.
Soak a cotton pad in Acetone
Place the soaked pad on the nail and keep in place with foil wrapped around the finger.
Leave for 10 minutes.
Peel away the loose gel with a cuticle pusher! If the gel does not come away easily, repeat steps 2-4 until fully removed.
