A:	When the Bluetooth dongle is plugged into a Macbook or Windows computer for the first time, please select "Anker Soundsync" in the sound input/output in the device. Go to System Preferences > Sound > Input/Output > Select "Anker Soundsync". Make sure to select "Anker Soundsync" as the audio input and output device for your conferencing software and computer.
