Inspired by our love for flowers, Amor Florum products harness the power of botanical extracts. Blended by hand in small batches in Hampshire, our products contain at least 99% ingredients of natural origin. They are free from mineral oils, palm oil, phthalates, synthetic fragrances or colours, sulfates, and parabens, and some are free from essential oils too. Most have a pH of 5,5, helping protect the skin's acid barrier and microbiome.
How did we get our start?

We started AMOR FLORUM in 2018, inspired by the pleasure of working with botanicals, scented hydrosols, potent extracts, cold-pressed plant oils and aromatic essential oils.

What makes our products unique?

Our product are made in-house and by hand. We know the provenance of our ingredients. Our formulations are concentrated for maximum efficacy and less waste. We choose packaging that is lightweight, with a high PCR content and is recyclable, and avoid boxes and leaflets.

With Rose Water The antioxidants in rose water protect your skin cells against damage caused by pollutants, UV rays, and other free radicals in the environment. Its anti-inflammatory properties have a naturally soothing effect on irritated skin and help reduce redness and itchiness.	With Seaweed Extract With Fucus vesiculosis seaweed extract provides nutrition to the skin in the form of proteins, bioactive peptides, enzymes, minerals, polysaccharides, fatty acids and vitamins. Known for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing properties.	With Aloe vera Aloe Vera contains 75 active constituents, enzymes, minerals, sugars, lignin, saponins, salicylic acids and amino acids. It also naturally contains Vitamins A beta-carotene), B12, C, E, folic acid and chloine. The antioxidant properties make it useful on sun-burnt and damaged skin.	With Vegetable Glycerin Glycerine acts as a humectant, that allows the skin to retain moisture and can improve hydration in the outer layer of the skin. It can relieve dryness and refresh the skin's surface. It's also an emollient, which means it can soften skin.

HOW TO USE

Facial Spray: Use as a refreshing spritz as desired and during the hydration stages of your routine. Close your eyes and lightly mist your face.
Cleanser: Spray some hydrosol on a cotton pad to remove your makeup. You can do this prior to cleansing your skin or after cleansing to remove any leftover makeup or residue.
Body Spray: Lightly mist your body to feel cooled and refreshed. Depending on the aromatic intensity of the hydrosol used, your body will be left lightly fragranced.
Gentle Hair Spray: Mist your hair to leave it hydrated and lightly fragranced.
Use it in place of water when you mix powdered masks for added benefits.

OUR PACKAGING - We Keep our Packaging to a Minimum

We keep our packaging to a minimum, we do not use boxes or leaflets. 14% of deforestation is due to the need for pulp to make paper goods.
We think about contributing to a circular economy. We use less packaging and choose high quality, attractive packaging that can be reused or recycled.
We only use high percentage Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR), fully reclaimable and reprocessable materials such as Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles and jars with a low carbon footprint, for example PET is up to 85% lighter than glass. This helps cut transportation costs, in-turn lowering CO2 emissions.
Our labels are made of polyester and are recyclable.
We use aluminium and glass they are 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly.
Outer packaging is required for for hygiene and protection and is made of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) that is recyclable.
We comply with EPR regulations where required, to mitigate the environmental impacts of our products throughout the entire product life cycle.

Our products are free from sulfates, silicones, alcohol, parabens, animal testing, and artificial colours and fragrances. We minimise packaging, avoid boxes and leaflets and use only reusable and recyclable materials. Packaged in a PET bottle, made from recycled content and recyclable. The outer packaging is 's shipping requirement and is recyclable. Seaweed extract is full of humectants that draw in moisture from the environment, and vitamin E, also great for hydrating the skin. The amino acids in seaweed help your skin to plump up, smoothing out fine lines with its anti-aging properties. Glycerin is one of the most effective moisturisers as it helps your skin absorb moisture from the air. Aloe Vera absorbs into the skin four times faster than water, making its potent properties of Vitamins A, B, C and E, calcium, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and proteins intensely effective. Aloe Vera helps protect and heal scarring, reduce the appearance of fine lines and firm, sooth and nourish skin. It also contains natural Salicylic Acid so it is excellent for prevention and treatment of blemishes. Rose water has been used for centuries for its numerous healing properties which including treating broken capillaries, diminishing redness and fine lines, while strengthening and nourishing skin.
