Amo koldthævede Morgenboller – Cold rise Breakfast Rolls mix 1kg These breakfast buns are absolutely brilliant and tasty. You rise them cold, so you can start the buns the night before and just pop the in the oven in the morning for breakfast. Makes 16 buns, or a small loaf. You will need: 25 g of yeast 6.75 dl cold water How to: 1. Stir the yeast into the cold water. Add flour mixture and knead the dough for approx. 5 min. (quickly in mixer or with hand mixer with a dough hook). Cover bowl very tightly. 2. Let the dough rise in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours (can last for up to 20 hours in the fridge). 3. When it is time to bake the buns, preheat oven to 220C (hot air 200C). Take the dough out of the fridge. Use 2 tablespoons to place the dough into balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper. There will be approx. 16 balls. Sprinkle with oatmeal if desired. 4. Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 220C (hot air 200C) for about 15-20 minutes. INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, OAT flakes, wholegrain WHEAT flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, iodinated salt, OATfibre, dextrose, vegetable emulsifier (E472e), WHEAT MALT flour, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid), enzyme (amylase). Contains 15 oats and 25 WHOLE GRAINS. The ready-baked bread contains 12 oats and 20 WHOLE GRAINS.
