Why amino recovery?

HOW SHOULD I USE IT

Just add 1 serving to 300-500ml of ice-cold water and drink whilst you workout. If you can't drink during then pre or post-training also works, but amino acids are most effectively used intra-workout due to the speed of the absorption. During periods of calorie restriction or heavy training volumes, you can increase your dosage to 2/3 servings as EAA effects are dose dependant.
