b. Try setting your phone's camera (example: [Settings] - [Sound and Vibration] - [Advanced Settings] - [Default Recorder] - [Add-On]) or ask your dealer to see if your phone supports external microphones.

Q3: Are the microphones completely noise-cancelling?
Because this microphone is for omnidirectional live broadcast, it does pick up alot of sound even though it has noise reduction built in, it not a professional-grade studio equipment, So occasionally due to environmental problems a little bit hissy, you can use software post-production to remove them.
Q4:How to reduce noise?
1. Keep the mic at least 18cm/7in away from the source of sound to avoid a popping sound
2. Keep away from sources of noise(e.g. fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, clothes friction)
3. Keep microphone relatively still during performances to reduce noise
Q5: How to use noise reduction mode or reverb mode?
By default noise reduction mode is on, short press noise reduction button to turn on (microphone yellow light on)/off noise reduction mode (microphone green light on).
Reverb mode is off by default. Short press the reverb button to turn on (indicator light flashes quickly 3 times)/turn off the noise reduction mode (indicator light flashes quickly 2 times)
