Alfresco’s fragrant lotions are as natural as can be and contain a secret signature blend of 22 sustainably sourced botanical essential oils. Our gentle and soothing child-friendly formula conditions your face and body whilst giving you tried, tested and proven protection against bug bites.

Top note, that first hit:

Contains Rosewood, known for its rejuvenating properties, keeping the brain active & alert. Spicy coriander with contrasting sharp grapefruit gives it a kick, yet can promote relaxation.

Heart note, the deep warmth:

Contains the tonic Cedarwood, and the aphrodisiac Jasmine.

The biggest mission I have had during my time as Founder and Creative Director of Alfresco has been to develop natural insect and mosquito repellent products that keep the bugs from biting whilst being as natural as can be and gentle and calming on the skin. Of course, a big part of this aim, given my background, has been to give our little ones and even us not so little ones (as far as outer appearances go!) the freedom to play without itchy bites!
