Q: Why does the touch function on the monitor screen fail after connecting to the HDMI port on my computer?

A: When connecting the HDMI interface, please connect the included USB data cable to the PC's USB port at the same time to achieve touch functionality.

Q: Why can't I slide the page through the monitor's touch screen after connecting to the Mac pc?

A: Because of the limitation of iOS system, after connecting the monitor, the page cannot be slide up and down through the monitor's touch screen, other functions are not affected, you can connect a mouse on the monitor to solve this problem.

Q: Why is there a small area at the top and bottom of the monitor that does not display an image?

A: Because our monitor default input image ratio is 16:10, the display range is larger than the regular 16:9, if your image output ratio is 16:9, the monitor will automatically recognize the input image ratio and adjust the display area to 16:9, so the monitor will have a part of the area that does not display the image. You can solve this problem by adjusting the image output ratio of the signal device.
