If the indicator light of the water dispenser is blue, it means that the water is immersed in the pump and no water is needed; the indicator light turns red, water needs to be refilled.

Q&A

1. How much water do I need to fill in a water dispenser? Where should I get the water?

You can use approx. Fill 600 ml of water into the dispenser, i.e. 3/4 of the water level, add water from the opening of the dispenser, you do not need to take out the cartridge when adding water, please note that if the water level indicator is red, please add water in time.

2. How often do I need to clean my water dispenser?

About once a week. Our water dispensers are designed to be easy to clean and very easy to clean.

3. How can I set the waterfall to flow slower?

The water dispenser has a function to adjust the water flow with an adjustment switch on the pump that has three adjustment levels; the closer you get to the minus sign, the less water flows.
