To create this blend, our Tea Masters start with a base of fine green teas from Chi’s Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. Known as the ‘Golden Triangle’, this area is renowned for the quality of its green tea production. We include high quality Chun Mee leaf and tips in the blend, a tea prized for it slightly toasted, almost nutty taste. Ours is harvested in the early spring when the tea has a more delicate, sweet flavour. To transform it into our Mint Mystique tea, we add dried spearmint leaf and our sigture mint flavouring. The result is a refreshing tea with a yellowy-green colour and unmistakable minty aromas, with its dried grass flavours complemented by a distinctive menthol freshness. We recommend brewing the tea in hot water around at 80-85°C, so the tural goodness of the tea is preserved without any bitterness being drawn out. Simply pour freshly boiled water into your cup or pot and leave it for two to three minutes before adding the teabag, or use a kettle with variable temperature setting. Step 2: Fill the kettle with freshly drawn water and allow it to fully come to boil. Step 3: Pour the boiled water straight onto the teabag in the cup.
