Ahmad Tea's Mango Lychee Green Tea is perfect for green tea lovers looking for a bolder brew. We bring together the exotic flavours of sweet mango, ripe lychee and nutty, grassy Chinese green tea to give you a taste of tropical bliss that helps your stresses gently float away. To create this blend, our Tea Masters start with a base of fine green teas from China's Jiangxi, Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. This area is known as the 'Golden Triangle' for the quality of its green tea production. The blend features Chun Mee, a special green tea with subtly toasty dried grass flavours. Chun Mee brings a lovely character to this infusion, providing the perfect backdrop for sweet mango and exotic lychee. Real pieces of dried mango and lychee bring a burst of sunshine to the delicate green tea, which we intensify with the addition of our unique mango and lychee flavouring. The light-yellow infusion is a wonderful cuppa to wake up to, or equally rejuvenating in the afternoon. With its exotically floral scent of lychees and mango, this is a tea that delights the nose as well as the palate. Every box of Ahmad Tea's Mango Lychee Green Tea contains 20 teabags, each foil-wrapped for freshness. This means you can enjoy a flavour-filled brew wherever you are. We recommend brewing the teabags in hot water at around 80-85 C the ideal temperature for releg the tea's flavours without drawing out any bitterness. Simply pour freshly boiled water into your cup or pot and leave it for two to three minutes before adding the teabag, or use a kettle with a variable temperature setting. As a great source of antioxidants and nutrients, a cup of Ahmad Tea's Mango Lychee Green Tea is the simplest way to cleanse and refresh your mind and body. You can even serve this brew cold as a thirst-quenching, iced tea refresher. Steep the teabag and top with cold water and ice cubes. For a sweeter serve, add a little sugar while the teabag steeps. In which case, it must be time to put the kettle on INGREDIENTS Green tea, Flavouring, 1 Mango, 1 Lychee DIRECTIONS Step 1: Place the teabag in a cup. Step 2: Fill the kettle with freshly drawn water and allow it to fully come to the boil. Step 3: Pour the boiled water straight onto the teabag in the cup. Leave for at least 3 minutes to give the tea time to brew properly. Step 4: Give the teabag a squeeze with a teaspoon as you remove it from the cup. Step 5: Add lemon or sugar to taste.
