INGREDIENTS Green tea DIRECTIONS Step 1: Warm the teapot with hot water. Having a cold teapot will cool the water so the tea won’t brew properly. Give the water a little swirl around and then pour it away. Step 2: Use a teaspoon or tea measure to scoop the loose tea into the teapot. We recommend one teaspoon per person and one extra teaspoon for the pot. Step 3: Fill your kettle with freshly drawn water and bring it to the boil. Step 4: Pour the water straight onto the tea and pop a tea cosy over the pot to keep it as hot as possible. Leave for a minimum of four minutes to help it brew properly. Our Tea Masters select Chun Mee leaf tea to create this blend which translates as ‘precious eyebrow’, due to the curled appearance of the gently rolled dried leaves. GREEN TEA - our delicious loose leaf green tea is blended from high quality leaf-and-tip tea, bringing warm grassy aromas and a soothing, sweetly toasted character.
