3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon flavoring (coffee, optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Gummy Fruit Snacks (using agar)

1/2 cup strawberries

3/4 cup water

3 tablespoons maple syrup

Pudding with agar-agar

2 cups or (1/2 litre) milk Please check notes for vegan option

3/4 cup condensed milk

5 gram agar agar

60 ml water to soak agar agar

1 teaspoon cardamom powder or vanilla extract

*For vegan option: Substitute coconut milk instead of regular milk. Take care not to let it boil or else the coconut milk will curdle. Use any sweetener of your choice.
