1. Windows computer: Use the driver CD (included) or download the latest version of driver from the following website: www.displaylink.com

There is no response when you find that your computer is connected to the dual monitor docking station, please:

1. Confirm whether your desktop downloaded matching driver (Windows or macOS system)

2. Log in to the displaylink website to check whether the computer system is supported (compatible with Windows 11/ 10/ 8.1/ 8/ 7/ XP, MacOS 10.14+)

3. Check your laptop's USB 3.0 interface has read the product (you can see it on the computer device manager)

1. DO NOT connect the usbc dock to your computer before you install the driver.

2. You might need to temporarily disable anti-spyware or anti-virus programs while installing the drivers. It is also recommended that all other applications are closed, as you will need to restart your computer after the drivers are installed.
