Ingredients: pork ribs, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and Condiment with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Truffle – Acetaia Italia.

For the preparation of pork ribs, the first step is the marinade that has to be done at least few hours before cooking, even better if the day before.

After salting and massaging the meat, put the pork ribs in a baking dish with rosemary and chopped garlic cloves and a drizzle of oil.

Continue to massage for a few minutes and then cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Cover a mold with parchment paper and lay the ribs on top.
