Description:

The sphere is perfect on appetizers and tapas, main dishes of rice and pasta. Delicious on meat and fish dishes, sphere is great with vegetables and salads. The bittersweet notes of sphere perfectly combine with cheeses, both fresh and seasoned. It is also perfect on fruit, ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients for 4 people: 400 g of spaghetti, 400 g of shrimps, 400 g of asparagus, 1 shallot, white wine, salt, olive oil, Sphere with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to grate – Acetaia Italia.

Clean and cut the asparagus tips.

Finely chop and fry the shallot. When it is well browned, add the asparagus, a pinch of salt, blend with the white wine and cook for 10 minutes.

Wash the shrimps, add them to the asparagus and cook them for a few minutes.

Cook the spaghetti and then sauté them for a few minutes in a pan with the asparagus and the shrimps adding a drizzle of oil during cooking.

Serve and garnish with the Sphere with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to grate – Acetaia Italia!
