Description:

Our Pearls are small spheres of soft consistency which enclose a delicious raspberry juice, preserving its exquisite taste intact and concentrating its rich scents and aromas into a harmonious symphony of flavors.

Having an appearance similar to that of caviar, these small gems of pleasure allow both the palate and the spirit to indulge. They have a strong yet sophisticated impact, perfect to enhance gourmet and fine gastronomy.

Perfect for cocktails and drinks, very tasty on cheeses, delicious on roasts and red meat, excellent with fruit salads, ice cream and desserts.

Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, condiment 100% apple (concentrated apple juice, acetified apple juice), juice of raspberry, water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate, aromas. Contains sulfites. Refrigerate after opening.

The perfect combination: Fruit Custard Doughnuts with Raspberry Pearls - Acetaia Italia

Ingredients: 400 ml of milk, 1 cube of brewer's yeast, 40 ml of seed oil, 3 spoons of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 750 gr of flour, 1 lemon zest, oil for frying.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, beat the eggs and then add all the ingredients and knead. Leave the dough to rise in a well-oiled and covered bowl for about 1 hour.

After that, take the dough and roll it out obtaining a thickness of about 1 cm. Then cut giving the shape of the doughnut.

Place doughnuts on a tray, spacing them well and cover with a cloth. Let them rise for about 40 minutes. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry the doughnuts.

Dry them well, cut them in half and stuff them with custard. Finally, garnish with some strawberries, a few slices of peach and add the inevitable Raspberry Pearls - Acetaia Italia.
