Human chronic gonadotropin (HCG) is a hormone produced by the developing placenta shortly after conception and excreted into the urine. Our digital pregnancy test can detect tiny amounts of this hormone in your urine. Usually the first morning urine is optimal due to its highest HCG concentration.

The digital pregnancy test detects HCG concentration in the urine of 25 mIU/ml or more.

As with any diagnostic procedure, a confirmed pregnancy diagnosis should only be made by a doctor who evaluates all clinical laboratory findings. The device is only suitable for human urine. If a urine sample is too diluted (i.e. low specific weight), it may not contain a representative HCG level. If there is a suspicion of pregnancy, another urine sample should be removed and tested 48 hours later. A low HCG concentration in a very early pregnancy can lead to a negative result. In this case, another sample should be taken and tested at least 48 hours later. Any medical procedure that includes HCG, such as a fertility treatment, can lead to false positive results. Consult your doctor. Please note that an unclean container or incorrect operation will also lead to incorrect results. A deviation from the determination of the pregnancy period may occur if you are pregnant for 28 days or more. Negative is not affected.
