Inspired by the true taste of the Central Punjab region, Karahi is a delicious blend of the finest spices, tomato and caramelised ginger. Karahi is typically a dry, aromatic dish, best served with chapatis.

Aagrah Chicken Hydrabadi Recipe — Serves 18

Ingredients: 1 x bottle of Aagrah Hydrabadi cooking sauce, 1.6kg diced chicken, 80ml oil, 400ml single or double cream, 2 x handfuls of chopped coriander, 1-2 x chopped red peppers (optional).

Fry the chicken in the oil for 5 minutes until sealed.
Add the bottle of Hydrabadi Tarka sauce, then add 400ml of water to the jar, replace the lid, shake, and empty the remaining jar contents into the pan.
Add the chopped peppers (optional) and bring to the boil. Simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Add 400ml of cream and bring back to the boil. Simmer for a few minutes or until the sauce is to the desired consistency.
Garnish with the coriander and serve with freshly made pilau rice or garlic naan and enjoy!

Aagrah Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe — Serves 18

Ingredients: 1 x bottle of Aagrah Tikka Masala cooking sauce, 1.2kg diced chicken, 200ml single or double cream (optional).

In a bowl, add the diced chicken and 2 dessert spoons of the Tikka Masala base, mix thoroughly and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
Grill the meat at a medium heat (or barbecue) for around 7 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
In a pan, empty the remaining contents of the bottle, then swirl out the bottle with 500ml of water and add to the pan. For a creamier dish, stir in 200ml of single or double cream and bring to the boil.
Slice the grilled chicken into smaller chunks, add to the pan and simmer for a further 5-10 minutes or until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
Serve with naan bread or pilau rice and enjoy the exquisite taste of Aagrah!

Aagrah Lamb Achari Recipe — Serves 18

Ingredients: 1 x bottle of Aagrah Achari cooking sauce, 1 x lamb steak per person.

Apply a thin coat of Aagrah Achari Tarka Base to the lamb steaks and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate, or overnight if you have time.
Fry the lamb steaks on a hot griddle pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, until cooked, then set aside. Add the remaining Aagrah Achari Tarka sauce to a pan.
Add 300ml of water to the bottle, replace the lid, shake, and empty the remaining bottle contents into the pan, simmering for 5 minutes until the sauce is no longer watery.
Add the cooked lamb steaks to the sauce and stir through. Serve with chapatis or pilau rice — or both if you're really hungry — and enjoy!

Aagrah Veggie Balti Recipe — Serves 18

Ingredients: 1 x bottle of Aagrah Balti cooking sauce, 8 x medium-sized potatoes, 1 x 2 x bunches of baby spinach (200g), 2 x tins (400g) of chickpeas.

Chop the potatoes into cubes and coarsely chop the spinach leaves.
Add the bottle of Balti Tarka sauce into a pan, then add a generous splash of water to the bottle, replace the lid, shake, and empty the remaining bottle contents into the pan.
Add the potato cubes and the chickpeas, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the spinach, stir and simmer until the required consistency is achieved and the potatoes are fully cooked through.
Serve immediately with pilau rice or boiled wild rice and enjoy the true taste of Aagrah!
