Directions for use	Adults: Use one drop in each eye 4-5 times daily. Children from the age of 12 years: 1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily.	1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times a day	Adults: 1-2 drops, as needed, in each eye up to 5 times daily Children over 7 years: 1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily, after consulting an optician or healthcare professional.	For oral use only. Adults: 20 drops twice daily, in a little water. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age 2 or 3 times daily in a little water. HOW TO USE: Adults and children over 12 years to take 1 or 2 tablets daily with food. NUTRIENTS: These naturally occurring plant derived nutrients are easily absorbed and bio-available to the body. NATURALLY OCCURING NUTRIENTS: Rich in lutein, zeaxathin and beta-carotene. Also contains the extract of Tagetes, concentrated blackcurrant and carrot juices.
