Our Tzatziki blend is composed of garlic and dill. You only need to mix it with some yogurt and grated cucumber to create the perfect Tzatziki dip. Ideally create the mixture a few hours before serving. You can also add a good splash of olive oil to really give it a Greek flair. INGREDIENTS Garlic granule, Dill, Sea Salt DIRECTIONS For a creamy Tzatziki with the perfect consistency we need to avoid any excess water. The best result is achieved by peeling and de-seeding the cucumber before grating or finely slicing it. Then hang the cucumber in a cloth or a tea towel to squeeze out all excess liquid.
