Description

  • 40GBASE-PLRL4 QSFP+ Optical Transceiver Module (SMF, 1310nm, 2km, MTP/MPO, DOM)
  • The 40G QSFP+ IR4 module is designed for use in 40GBASE Ethernet throughput up to 2km over single mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm via a MTP/MPO-12 connector.

  • Compliant with 40GBASE-LR4 of the IEEEP802.3ba standard.

  • The module converts 4 inputs channels (ch) of 10Gb/s electrical data to 4 optical signals and multiplexes them into a single channel for 40Gb/s optical transmission. The central wavelengths of the 4 channels are 1310 nm as members of the wavelength grid defined in ITU-T G694.2.

  • this easy to install, hot swappable transceiver is suitable to be used in various applications, such as data centers, high-performance computing networks, enterprise core and distribution layer applications.
