The angle is entirely wrong -- to begin with, it doesn't seem high enough.. Second, there's far too much plastic / outer material and not enough block. There is no end strap that makes them easy to remove from under the patients (especially large patients) and they have a different overall appearance, that is they are less contoured, more rigid straight lines on the edges.
